The Tulcea Wind Project is a large-scale onshore wind farm located in Tulcea County, south-eastern Romania. The project has been developed in one of the most favourable wind regions in the country, benefiting from consistent wind conditions and proximity to existing energy infrastructure.

Tulcea County is recognised for its strong onshore wind potential, supported by open terrain and regional climatic conditions influenced by proximity to the Black Sea and the Danube Delta. These factors contribute to reliable wind regimes suitable for large-scale wind development.
