Solar Project – Financials

This page outlines the financial structure and investment assumptions for the Niculițel Solar Project. The project has been designed to deliver attractive, risk-adjusted returns through a phased development model supported by long-term renewable energy fundamentals.

Investment Overview

The solar project is structured as a grid-connected photovoltaic power plant with capital deployment aligned to development milestones. The financial model is based on conservative assumptions to ensure long-term stability and resilience under varying market conditions.

Key Financial Metrics

• Target Internal Rate of Return (IRR): 27.41%
• Total Investment: €59 million
• Investment per MW: €590,000
• EPC & Turnkey Cost: €47.5 million
• Ready-to-Build (RTB) Purchase Price: €11.5 million

Capital Structure

The capital structure combines equity and debt financing to optimise returns while maintaining prudent leverage levels:

• Equity Contribution: €11.8 million (20%)
• Debt Financing: €47.2 million (80%)
• Debt Terms: 4% interest rate over a 15-year period

Financial Assumptions

Key assumptions applied within the financial model include conservative panel degradation rates, stable grid-connected revenue structures, and phased capacity deployment aligned with permitting and construction timelines.

All financial figures are projections and may vary depending on market conditions, regulatory changes, and final technical configurations.
